Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed after receiving full payment or a deposit via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Accurate booking details and contact information are required to confirm your reservation.

2. Customer Cancellation Refunds

  • More than 7 days' notice: full refund.
  • 3–7 days' notice: 50% refund.
  • Less than 72 hours' notice: no refund; 100% charge applies.
  • No-show on booking date: full forfeiture, no refund.

3. Take Off Yachts Cancellation

If we cancel due to weather, technical issues, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or an offer to reschedule. If an owner cancels for other reasons, you will be provided an immediate full refund.

4. Guest Capacity Policy

Guest numbers must not exceed the yacht's stated capacity. If you arrive with excess guests, we may refuse boarding or cancel the trip without refund. Children count toward capacity limits.

5. Yacht Usage Rules

Respectful behavior is required on board. Alcohol is permitted for adults; illegal substances are prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Misconduct may result in trip termination without refund.

6. Safety and Liability

Guests must follow the captain's instructions and all safety rules. Life jackets will be provided as required. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for any damage to yacht equipment caused during the charter.

7. Weather and Changes

Charters may be rescheduled for safety due to bad weather. Promotional codes are valid at booking only and cannot be combined. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

8. Governing Terms
